The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and quiet. It featured a double sink plus two rainfall shower heads!!! Location is super convenient. Staff is very helpful!!!

The location is excellent , right in the city center. The staff were very polite and helpful, which I appreciated. I also liked the breakfast , it was nice. The room offered a lovely view of the garden.

It occurred in the afternoon during quiet hours. I wish I had known about this beforehand.

Breakfast was lovely, rich, and varied with tasty plates. The hotel's croissants are excellent , a good morning treat. I appreciated that you can order two hot dishes when breakfast is included.

The hotel staff communicated wonderfully before I arrived , confirming my reservation promptly. The staff happily stored my luggage when I arrived early. They also helped me get a taxi the morning I departed , which I found very helpful.

The room was big with a beautiful terrace. I was pleased that water , coffee and tea were free to drink. Fresh flowers were placed in my room every morning , a lovely touch.

The views from the rooftop bar are very nice , a real highlight. The patio areas offer a peaceful spot to enjoy dinner or an evening drink. I found it an oasis in the middle of a busy city.

The staff was responsive to requests. This was an acceptable aspect of the service.

The breakfast was disappointing. The pastries tasted stale. the room wasn't properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom. it was quite frustrating to deal with these issues.
